Dependable self motivated couple to manage a 24 unit apartment building near 9 1/2 and Dequindre. Office, leasing skills, and general maintenance background needed. Managers to supply own tools.

Compensation

Free 1-bedroom apartment and office plus 1.5% of rents collected + possible bonuses. One may keep their regular job, the other to remain free of outside employment. Couple needs additional income, manager'sposition is part time. Offers great flexbility.

Scope of Work

The following items are contract assignments and covered by outside contractors:

• Snow removal over 2"
• Lawn care, cutting fertilizing, edging
• Carpet replacement
• Carpet cleaning
• Rent ledger

Managers responsible for the rest: Show vacant units, prep vacant units, plumbing repairs, painting, screening of applications, general maintenance repairs, upgrades, improvements,etc.

Managers must be organized, clean and polite, accurate with paper work and show an interest and aptitude for working with people. Job is a parttime position.  Must have other income
